As a valued customer of Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS solutions, I would like to advise you of a recent change in your DS SOLIDWORKS service and support coverage.
Your existing DS SOLIDWORKS partner, Quest Integration has merged with Hawk Ridge Systems, one of the premier DS SOLIDWORKS partners in North America. As a result, all existing Quest Integration accounts will automatically transfer to Hawk Ridge Systems this month. Of course, Hawk Ridge Systems and the team at Quest will continue to provide the technical support, services and training that you have come to expect from us. Your local account teams will remain in place and the impact to your organization should be minimal.
Both Hawk Ridge Systems and Quest Integration are known for their intense focus on customer satisfaction. I know that Dale Ford, CEO of Hawk Ridge Systems, and David Minerath, President of Quest Integration, will do everything possible to ensure an exceptional and seamless transition.
