Quest believes the key to successful community and economic development is the next generation. Developing a homegrown, technically adept workforce is essential to keeping people inside our community and ensuring that local businesses have a supply of workers.
One way to do this is to increase the technical skill of students in our area. To this end, Quest offers solutions for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math courses that allow students to test theories from these areas of study in real life environments helping teachers answer the age-old question of "When will I use this in real life?" Quest also offers discounted teacher training, programs to get SOLIDWORKS on every student's laptop, commercial level support and opportunities to speak at local events.
Fostering communication between local business leaders and local educators is critical to helping keep students local. Quest strives to be a mediator in this process, offering opportunities for the two groups to network at local events and showcasing students and companies to each other through our social media channels. We also try to connect HR departments of local companies to our students in order to ease the hiring process.
Our STEM in a Box Program, allows teachers to get everything they need for teaching a STEM class in one package. The program is made custom and can come with 3D printers, 3D printing filament, SOLIDWORKS software, access to curriculum, certifications, training and professional engineering support.
