Description:

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to gain exposure to engineering in an interesting way by supporting the SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software local companies' use.

As a SOLIDWORKS Application Engineer you'll focus on helping customers with SOLIDWORKS related technical support issues by phone and email. The ideal person also has a 3D CAD background, an interest in IT and data management, is creative, and has experience working in a team environment.

We have an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our growing organization and Application Engineering team. As an Application Engineer, your primary responsibility is to work with clients, both new and existing, to explore and understand the benefits of SOLIDWORKS design software, and other accompanying software applications. The successful candidate will have a solution-based approach to solving customer requirements. Must be comfortable presenting at the both the executive level as well as the engineering level.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

  • Perform standard and custom product demonstrations for new and existing customers.
  • Perform classroom and on-site training for all aspects of SOLIDWORKS and the accompanying products.
  • Conduct pre- and post-sales webinars informing users of the benefits of SOLIDWORKS, Simulation, and PDM.
  • Manage small implementations for SOLIDWORKS and PDM.
  • Provide comprehensive customer technical support via phone, web, and on-site.
  • Expand your own job knowledge & skill set through ongoing training and personal development activities.
  • Utilize your general computer troubleshooting background to provide post sales support and manage internal and external technical support cases.
  • Perform training in all aspects of the SolidWorks product line. This will include instruction in a classroom setting.
  • Create technical media for youtube, blogs, twitter, and qintegration.com.
  • Become a SolidWorks Expert and provide support via phone and remote desktop sharing.
  • Travel as required.
  • Report activities and results to your manager.

Minimum Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

1-2 years of SOLIDWORKS experience preferred

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Active/working knowledge of SOLIDWORKS 3D Design Software.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and related client and web based software applications.
  • 3 or more solid employment references from relevant sources.
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • An attitude/personality others describe as self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
  • An ability to work well in a team environment with fellow engineers, sales team, and customers.
  • Candidate must have reliable transportation with the ability for overnight travel.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for finding, developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through telephone and internet techniques. Quest Integration has an opening for an Administrative Assistant! We are seeking a professional team member that is highly-motivated, detail oriented, has excellent communication skills and a great sense of humor.

Hours: 40 hours per week (We are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm)
