Position Overview: Primarily responsible for pre-sales support, training, and post-sales support of SOLIDWORKS and related products

Responsibilities:
- Pre & Post Sales Support
- Conduct structured training classes on various CAD products in a professional manner
- Coordinate and executes the installation and service of solutions for our customers
- Provides high quality technical support via email, telephone, and site visits to our customers

Description:

Quest Integration looking for a SOLIDWOKRS Support Engineering Intern! This is a unique and exciting opportunity to gain exposure to engineering in an interesting way by supporting the SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software local companies' use.

 

As a SolidWorks Support Engineering Intern you'll focus on helping customers with SOLIDWORKS related technical support issues by phone and email. The ideal person also has a 3D CAD background, an interest in IT and data management, is creative, and has experience working in a team environment.

 

We're looking for a team member with a great attitude, sense of humor, excellent communication skills, and flexibility.

 

This is a part time, paid position.

Minimum Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

SOLIDWORKS use in school.

 

EDUCATION:

High school diploma. Currently enrolled in an engineering program

Description:

Quest Integration, Inc. desires a Digital Media Assistant (DMA). The DMA will continue to establish Quest’s brand throughout our territory by assisting the Marketing & Systems Supervisor on various design projects. The primary focus of the DMA will be on generating digital content that will reinforce Quest as an information resource in the manufacturing region.

Projects will include:

  • Video Creation, Editing and Publishing
  • Graphics Design
  • Website Design & Updates
  • Organic Social Media Management
  • Industry Articles & Case Studies
  • SEO/SEM
Minimum Requirements:
  • You consider yourself a creative individual
  • You’ve recently completed or are working towards a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Journalism, Videography, or other related fields
  • You’re interested in working 40 hours in our Post Falls Office on weekdays during our business hours of 8 AM – 5 PM
  • You have experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • You’re interested in the world of manufacturing including 3D design, 3D printing and 3D scanning
  • You’re familiar with social media marketing best practice including sites like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
  • You’re interested in learning or have experience with Google analytics and other social advertising
