The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through conscientious telephone and internet techniques. The ISR is often the first employee to communicate with prospects/customers. The ISR is responsible for the initial stages of the sales cycle, including: gathering customer and prospect information, qualifying leads, passing opportunities to the field, and following up with customers.
Specific job duties include:
1 -3 years high-tech sales, or B2B sales experience.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
